Omashu The city of Omashu sits within a mountain range, surrounded on all sides by steep canyons created by Earthbending for defense. It is ruled by its own King. Omashu had developed a complex and efficient mail system that employed Earthbending and gravity using extensive ramps and chutes. Kids tend to sneak on and use the system as a high speed slide. Gaoling A large town on the edge of the southern Earth Kingdom, Gaoling is home to the Earth Rumble tournaments. A very well established place, Gaoling has a variety of people residing in it ranging from the very rich to the very poor, but is mostly filled with middle class citizens whose families have been living there for many generations. Kyoshi Island One of the islands off the southern coast of the Earth Kingdom, Kyoshi Island is an island founded in the South Sea by Avatar Kyoshi to protect her people from invaders. The inhabitants of the island have no intention of inviting unwanted attention, and as a result are often hostile towards outsiders. In the nearby sea, there are Elephant Koi and a giant eel known as the Unagi. The island is known as the home of the Kyoshi Island Warriors, who fight with metal fans in the same techniques as the island's namesake Avatar. Moderator: Kanae |

Waterfall Pond On the northern outskirts of the desert, this waterfall pond is a delight for travelers who have spent many days in the hot, dry desert. The Waterfall pond is a fresh water pond that that has a large, tiered cliff on one side where a waterfall dumps into the pond. It is great place to drink a little fresh water or even to take a bath. The Great Divide The largest canyon in the world, the Great Divide is found in the Earth Kingdom and can be crossed in about a full day if one has an expert guide. It is said that the canyon was first formed by angered Earth Spirits who lacked proper sacrifices from local farmers. The canyon is home to various insects and arachnid creatures, mostly those known as Canyon Crawlers. Moderator: Kanae |
