The Southern Water Tribe

The "Small Town" kind of life. The various villages, positioned on a northern shoreline, are surrounded by a low, roughly circular snow wall, broken up by watch towers, also made of snow, and an usually ungated entrances. Inside are residential tents, arranged in a semicircular pattern around a communal fire pit. Traditionally, a giant igloo hugs the east wall (The meeting igloo), while a handful of smaller ones cluster at the north wall.
